Bob,

You can learn more about the award here:

http://www.wendysheisman.com

The Wendy’s High School Heisman honors both male and female high school students who excel in academics, athletics and student leadership. We want to hear from all student-athletes who work hard, are dedicated, and have become role models for their school’s underclassmen!

It is open to all high school athletes, not just football players.

Here are the state-by-state winners:

12 of these state winners will advance as "national finalists" to an event held in New York City on December 10th where the 2010 national boys & girls winners will be announced.
