If only Chris Young had another year of eligibility left, so he could join the Tigers this year at center! Alas, neither the NCAA nor the Ivy League would agree. So much is expected/needed at that position.
May Brendan Connolly rise to the occasion! Tipoff is Friday evening. Go Tiger.
I know there's depth of field but look at Connolly's size/frame next to Young's!
Hm... I wonder if that carefully orchestrated appearance had anything to do with Mr. Hubert being on campus...
I do not believe the two are related (and I don't know if Hubert was at Princeton on Saturday). Young was reportedly also at the football game and the women's soccer game.
Man, I flew out for the (glorious, 10-52) game this weekend. I saw a bunch of the varsity squad in the student section, but didn't know to look for the major leaguer... darn!
According to Dick "Hoops" Weiss, Desmond Hubert will visit Princeton the weekend of 11/20.
Not sure if this is his "official" visit or not.
He also lists Princeton, MD and Wake as the schools Hubert is "down to."
