Will Venable was named the minor leagues' tenth best corner outfielder by Baseball America. Venable's San Antonio team has lost three of four since our last update.
August 2nd: 2-5 in a 4-3 loss to Corpus Christi.
August 3rd: 1-4 with a run scored in a 5-0 win over Frisco. Venable also made two big catches in the game to keep the RoughRiders scoreless.
August 4th: 1-3 in a 4-1 loss to Frisco.
August 5th: 0-5 in a 7-2 loss to Frisco.
