Tuesday News:

Here is Princeton's press release about the 2007-08 basketball schedule.

"We will certainly have our work cut out for us this season,” says head coach Sydney Johnson. “Apart from playing in the Big East - which is the best conference in America - I can't imagine a tougher schedule for our team. That being said, true players want to play against the best competition and playing these caliber of programs is what Princeton basketball is all about."

Chris Mooney's Richmond team has also released its non-conference schedule for the upcoming season.

Will Venable was 0-4 on Saturday in San Antonio's 4-3 win over Arkansas. On Sunday Venable went 0-4 as the Missions took out the Travelers 11-4. Arkansas bested San Antonio 4-0 last night, with Venable going 0-4 a third time.

Two mentions of possible Princeton recruiting targets: Max Kenyi, a 6'5" Gonzaga High School swingman, has Princeton on his list. In a blog post about Harvard coach Tommy Amaker, Andrew Van Nest is discussed. Van Nest is a 6'10" forward who is considering Harvard "ahead of Penn, Princeton and Northwestern."
