What a terrific young man Desmond Hubert is! I'd love to see him at Princeton, but I wish him good luck wherever he ends up.

Intriguing approach by the Star-Ledger: a full half of the front page, most above the fold. They clearly see Hubert as a huge ongoing story potential, and are establishing turf early. No doubt part of that decision: his public stance that he's in no hurry to choose, and the involvement (however unlikely) of Princeton in the mix. Fascinatingly, neither is explicitly mentioned.

I think you have to go back to Brian Taylor to find an equivalent Jersey basketball/Princeton story (with all deference to Brian Earl and some of the other greats).
