Was it goaltending?

To me, watching it several times on my DVR, the ball was exactly at its apex when it was blocked by Ewing. Fast-forward one frame and it looks like the ball is starting its descent. Ed Hightower was the official positioned to make that call and I don't think a play that close at the buzzer, especially when viewed in real time, warrants a whistle. This wasn't a "Venable layup at Temple" situation, where the ball was clearly coming down off the glass when it was rejected - something visible without the benefit of replay.

Having observed Cornell play Columbia at Levien last night, I must concede that
favoring the Big Red for the Ivy Title is well deserved. This is very talented team.
It was no surprise they can score from outside and inside. Along with scoring versatility, they are able to control the boards and play smothering defense.

I have seen Columbia play better this season, but you have to give credit to Cornell which shutdown the Lion's interior game and outplayed them.

A bit of trivia... Cornell has two transfers.Does Princeton have a policy against
transfers. I can't remember seeing a transfer play for the Tigers.

Sean Jackson '92 was a transfer. That worked out well. I remember at least one other transfer student in my class (1992), but there probably weren't more than 5, if that.

Princeton no longer admits any transfers (all students, not just athletes).
