Richmond (11-9) became the first team to beat Charlotte at home, defeating the 49ers 64-58 in Atlantic 10 play. Coach Chris Mooney has taken a unique approach to scouting the opposition this season.

Denver (9-12) fell 78-64 at Western Kentucky.

Northwestern travels to Indiana this afternoon.

Around the Ivy League: Cornell (12-5 / 4-0) had a decisive 66-45 win over Yale (7-11 / 1-3). Penn (7-12 / 2-0) survived at the buzzer against Dartmouth (8-10 / 1-3). Brown (10-8 / 2-2) pulled away in the second half from Columbia (8-11 / 1-3) in Providence, 68-63.

What a great quote from the Trenton Times article:

"I don't have any kind of personal vendetta against Harvard," Koncz said. "They just don't seem to want to guard me."
