Tuesday News:

A new site covering Ivy League basketball reviews Princeton's championship season.

Tickets for Princeton's game at Harvard in February are already going fast. If you're planning on making the trip I'd secure admission ASAP.

Judson Wallace scored five points as FC Barcelona won their third straight Spanish Super Cup.

Northwestern's John Shurna was named to the John Wooden Award's Preseason Top 50. Keith Wright of Harvard is also on the list.

A player considered New York City's best big man by some has committed to Fairfield.

Congratulations Dan Mavraides, you now have your own Wikipedia page.

Landstede Basketbal lost a friendly to the Belgian team Verviers Pepinster. Kareem Maddox scored six points in defeat.

Jon, any word on when season tickets will be available to past holders? Also, do you know if the team is planning any commemoration of last year's championship and NCAA berth during the home opener against Wagner on Nov 12?

Let's hope the University markets the Wagner game to alumni as something worth sticking around after homecoming to attend. It would be great to have a strong showing of support for Coach Henderson's first game.

My best advice is to call Princeton's ticket office.

I presume that there will be a banner-raising at the first home game like the women's team did a season ago against FDU.

I'm glad they were able to move the start for the Wagner game up to 5:00 pm ET.
