The Wildcats pick up their first Big 10 win, a 74-65 victory over #17 Minnesota.

What a great game. It's unfortunate that Northwestern plays in the Big Ten. They can compete at home against anyone, but on the road wins are hard to come by. It would be great if Carmody could get NW in the NIT. They would have to win at least 6 games in the Big Ten. Probably not likely.
