No. 1 -- Defense. Fear the Princeton offense. Not only are the Tigers the masters of the cutters and back doors, but they shoot 3-pointers -- G Douglas Davis (41.2), 6-5 G and leading assist man T.J. Bray (41.1) and 6-8 F Patrick Saunders (40.4) all convert better than 40 percent. They can turn it up, evidenced by the Tigers' 96 points at Evansville in the CBI first round. No. 2 -- Patience. Size and talent are one thing, but smarts and patience are needed atop those factors to neutralize Princeton. After all, these Tigers won in triple OT at Florida State and beat host Rutgers -- to whom Pittsburgh lost badly at home in January.
