Jon, We never stopped getting national press. It's just that this is good rather than bad. Relax and enjoy it. Best to all, Marty

Jon--

Readers who are nervous about all the media coverage should ignore Joe Lunardi's Bracketology feature. Whatever you do, do not click on http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/bracketology .

Jon:

Marty is dead on. I still cringe at the NYT(?) piece a few years back on the decline. I do not want to get carried away, by any means, after 4 games. But I do appreciate how hard the team and coaching staff are working and it is good to see it yield positive results so far in the League at this early stage. That 41 point score by the heavy League favorite which had blown out its two prior opponents, followed by the 35 point score the next night, brings back many fond memories. Regards to all, Mark
P.S. Jon--continued thanks for what you do.

I think this has a good chance to continue because the Tigers are dominating on defense. Both Cornell and Columbia went from surprised to rattled to out-of-sync. because of the Tigers' continuously intense defense. From the quotes that I have read, the team is sold on this approach.

Are the Tigers doing anything special on defense that is a change from earlier this season? i am looking forward to watching the Penn game on TV next week.
