Ivy League basketball is impossible to figure out this year. How does Princeton throttle an undefeated Cornell team by 20 points and then, within a week, lose by 20 to a winless Brown team? How can Princeton look so good on the boards against Cornell and Columbia and so terrible against Yale? Is Yale's front line more dominant than Cornell's? Then Penn loses to Cornell and Columbia at home and Darmouth on the road but beats Yale on the road. Princeton's most glaring weakness is its inability to rebound. Is that a lack of positioning, physicality, height, toughness or all of the above? Historically, Princeton has gotten outrebounded because it plays the center at the top of the key on offense. I thought this year things were getting better because Buczak had improved his low post play. Let's hope the Tigers from last week show up on Tuesday.
