I remember saying to myself, near the end of Earl's first season, "That kid is beat up and tired." Evidently that was the plan. It worked.

Also have to crack up at Carril's lack of diplomacy about poor Jason Osier. Nowadays the slightest negative public comment about a player brings down the wrath of the fans and media.
