Bray contributed eight points, six assists and five rebounds for Catholic Memorial in their 17 point win over Waukesha South. Tom Noonan scored 18 for Penn Charter in a 49-45 loss to Peddie. Around the Ivy League: Cornell (12-3) led by one in the final minute at #1 Kansas, but the Jayhawks held on for the 71-66 victory. Army became unofficial champions of the Ancient Eight with a 59-51 win over Brown (6-10). Columbia (6-7) lost by 17 to Lafayette. Penn (1-10) was an 82-71 winner at UMBC, ending the Quakers' 11 game losing streak.

Tom Noonan impressions.

I had a chance to see Princeton recruit Tom Noonan play for the first time this afternoon, as Penn Charter faced Notre Dame in the Eastern States Classic Invitational Tournament's third place game at Trenton Catholic Academy in Hamilton.

On first sight, Noonan - the fifth member of the Tigers' 2010 recruiting class, looks more like a prototypical college basketball player than I expected a 6'7" high school jumpshooter would. He's not the gangly wisp I thought I would be watching.
