Despite playing in just one game last weekend, Kyle Koncz is Princeton's representative in the Ivy Weekly Men's Basketball Awards.

Searching for something completely unrelated, I stumbled upon the New York Daily News article on Princeton's 1996 victory over UCLA in the NCAA tournament.

Northwestern plays in Ann Arbor tonight.

Georgetown (22-4) defeated Cincinnati yesterday afternoon, clamping down on defense in a 73-53 victory.

Kevin Coble scored a career-high 37 points, but Northwestern (7-18) missed a three pointer at the buzzer that would have forced overtime, falling 85-82 to #15 Indiana.

Richmond (14-11) dropped a 59-53 decision at George Washington.

Denver hosts New Orleans in their final home game of the season.

Around the Ivy League: Cornell (18-5 / 10-0) moved three games up with four to play, getting by Brown (15-9 / 7-3), 74-65. Harvard (8-18 / 3-7) swept the Quakers and Tigers for the first time since 1987, besting Penn (10-16 / 5-4), 89-79. Columbia (13-12 / 6-4) moved into third place in the conference with a 68-62 win over Yale (10-14 / 4-6).

Dartmouth ended a seven game losing streak and extended Princeton's woes to seven consecutive games with a surprisingly easy 71-52 victory on Saturday at Leede Arena.

The Tigers, playing without the services of second-leading scorer and senior co-captain Kyle Koncz, who injured his hip in the second half of Princeton's loss to Harvard the previous evening, could not match the Big Green's energy level.

DeVon Mosley had a game-high 18 points to lead three Dartmouth players in double figures. Classmates Marcus Schroeder and Zach Finley each scored 10 for Princeton.

It happened again.

Harvard scored the final eight points of regulation to force an unexpected overtime and then ran off the first seven points of the extra frame to send a shocked Princeton team packing. The Crimson, who had seen a five point lead slip away in the final 30 seconds last Friday against Cornell, flipped a familiar script on the Tigers one week later with 2:30 to go, rallying for a 74-67 win.

It was the Tigers' 18th consecutive road defeat.
