A long losing streak came to an end on Sunday afternoon.
Unfortunately for the Princeton Tigers, it wasn't theirs.
Monmouth stopped a seven game slide with a 59-50 victory over the visitors from Princeton.
The Tigers fell for the tenth straight time, tying the school record for consecutive defeats.

The Thundering Herd of Marshall fended off several Princeton rallies in the second half, holding on for a 66-60 victory at home in Huntington on Saturday afternoon.
Marshall had built a 10 point lead at halftime, but the Tigers shot 68.2% from the field in the final twenty minutes as they were able to pull to within one possession on two occasions late in the game.
The loss was Princeton's ninth straight this season and the Tigers' twelfth consecutive loss on the road.
