In addition to a silent auction, there was a charity fashion show. One of the models? None other than Tiger senior forward Kareem Maddox.

In the wake of Coach Johnson's departure to Fairfield, Tiger recruit Clay Wilson has announced he is decommiting from Princeton and will possibly not head to New Jersey this fall.
This change of plans leaves the Tigers' 2011 recruiting class at three members. With acceptance letters already mailed, it may be too late to replace Wilson.

There are articles about yesterday's surprising resignation in the Trenton Times, in the Trentonian, in the Star Ledger, in the Daily Princetonian and on New Jersey Newsroom. All lack the same thing, which I have also been working for - quotes from Sydney Johnson.
To their credit, the Princetonian did talk to Dan Mavraides, Kareem Maddox and Mack Darrow.

Men's basketball drops a heartbreaker to Kentucky

When the Princeton men's basketball season ended, one basket shy of all the Tigers had worked for, Sydney Johnson '97 — who profoundly despised losing as both a player and a coach — did something unexpected: He allowed his team to say goodbye.
Before heading back into the depths of the St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa after a 59–57 NCAA Tournament defeat against Kentucky March 17, Johnson motioned his players not to the locker room but toward the Tiger faithful sitting across from his team's bench.
This season a princetonbasketball.com photographer captured the action at 34 different games, 28 of which were Stephen Goldsmith's fine work.
Picking favorite photos from 2010-11 shot by Stephen Goldsmith or Robert Solomon was not an easy task.
In his fourth season with the site, Stephen's images continued to help enhance my game stories and analysis. His visuals have given members unable to regularly attend Princeton contests a better understanding of specific situations involving this year's team and have often been the only pictures capturing many moments, both home and away.
I know I speak for many of us when I say I'm not sure what I'll do without him next season as he heads to Florida for college.

As for the Fairfield job, all I have learned is that this is more of a real consideration than I had expected. There's a lot of message board chatter out there and it is impossible to tell what's true or not but it appears based on what I have heard that this coaching change is not an impossibility.
