YouTube potpourri XXXVIII.

On Friday I hoped that there might be more videos to come from the individual who has been posting short Princeton highlights from the late 1980s. Wish granted!

Above you'll see Bob Scrabis (#34) finding Alan Williams (#24) for a bucket and the foul in the Tigers' 89-70 loss versus Seton Hall at South Mountain Arena early in the 1986-87 season. Mike Harnum (#30), Joe Scott (#4) and John Thompson III (#22) are also on the floor for the orange and black.

Five clips after the jump, including additional black and white Princeton footage, a recruiting video and Will Venable signing autographs.

It is official that Northwestern will compete in the 2011 Charleston Classic. When the Wildcats head to South Carolina, former Rutgers head coach Fred Hill will be on the bench - filling the spot that opened up when Mitch Henderson left for Princeton.

The Tigers are among the programs who have reportedly offered a senior forward from Minnesota.

Princeton recruit Denton Koon made the MBCA Missouri Challenge's All-Tournament team.

Next Saturday you can catch future Tiger Clay Wilson playing for Team Oklahoma at the Faith 7 basketball game.

Monday News:

Judson Wallace saw his season end on Sunday. Gran Canaria 2014 lost 93-76 to Caja Laboral and fell out of the Liga ACB quarterfinals. Wallace had nine points and six rebounds in the game.

A right hand injury is hampering Will Venable. The former Princeton player is hitting .244 in 134 at bats for the Padres.

princetonbasketball.com readers were the first to read about Clay Wilson's acceptance to Princeton on Thursday night and now reporters in Wilson's home town of Tulsa are picking up the story we broke.

Wilson was named second team All-State in April by Tulsa World.

Scott Greenman has been promoted at Georgetown. He is now the Hoyas' Director of Basketball Operations. Greenman also popped up on Twitter, so I've added him to our updated list of current and former Princeton players working with 140 characters or less.

The Town Topics talked to Noah Savage about the marathon he is running in June.

Craig Robinson continues to make the talk show rounds, including an appearance on the Mike Wise Show (audio). Robinson's Oregon State team will play at the Meadowlands in early November for the championship portion of the Legends Classic.

Later that same month Northwestern will visit Georgia Tech in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge. Bill Carmody announced today that Tavaras Hardy is now the Wildcats' associate head coach.

Mitch Henderson is keeping the Princeton pipeline flowing.

Future Tiger Denton Koon was honored with the Kansas City Recruiting Battalion's Top Performer Award.

Dan Mavraides told the Hellenic Voice about his tattoo.

Craig Moore named volunteer assistant at Princeton.

Mitch Henderson has completed his Princeton coaching staff with the addition of Craig Moore as volunteer assistant.

A 2009 Northwestern graduate, Moore set Wildcat records for most three pointers in a game (9), season (110) and career (320 - fourth-most in Big Ten history) during his career while playing for Bill Carmody and then-assistant coach Henderson.

Moore hails from Doylestown, PA and attended the Lawrenceville School. He was part of the Big Red's staff for a portion of the 2010-11 season after suiting up one year in the Netherlands.

Moore and Brian Earl should have some legendary post-practice shooting contests.

Here are the official Princeton and Northwestern press releases about the hiring of Mitch Henderson.

If you want to learn more about Henderson, revisit a 1999 interview we did where he responded to your questions and check out his answers in this more recent glossy pamphlet put together by his representation.

The Daily Princetonian talked to Douglas Davis about his new head coach and has a piece about the Friends of Princeton Basketball.

It sounds like there was legitimate concern in State College yesterday that Dan Earl would leave the Nittany Lions if his brother Brian was named the head coach at Princeton.

Arne Duncan began his address at Princeton yesterday with an anecdote about Pete Carril.

I was unaware that former Princeton and current Georgetown basketball office assistant Mary Jane Cratty was retiring until I read summaries of Coach Thompson's tribute to her at last night's Hoya banquet. They're going to be lost without you at McDonough, but you knew that already.

Chris Young wouldn't be surprised if a specific individual became the next head coach of the Tigers.

Resisting overtures from Miami, Tommy Amaker will stay at Harvard.

The Brown Daily Herald has a worthwhile series on sports and money at Brown.
