Around the Ivy League: Yale (11-4 / 1-0) finished on a 13-3 run in the final 3:10 to pass Brown (5-12 / 0-1) in the final minute. Penn (9-9 / 2-0) swept their first conference road trip with a 64-52 decision over Cornell (6-10 / 1-1), 64-52. Dartmouth (4-13 / 0-1) ended a six game losing streak by beating Longwood, 83-67. Harvard (14-2 / 1-0) concluded non-conference play with their 23rd straight home win, a 21 point victory over George Washington.

One Rattler went to scout Princeton in person on Friday night.

It was not pretty, but Georgetown (12-1) scored the final eight points of a 49-40 win over Providence.

Denver (11-3) was upended by UALR at home, 66-59.

Washington State held off a late Oregon State (10-4) rally, keeping the Beavers winless in the Pac-12.

Fairfield starts the new year with Canisius at home.

Penn State visits Northwestern tonight.

Around the Ivy League: Dartmouth (3-11) lost their fourth straight, 65-61 versus Holy Cross. Despite shooting 11-21 from three point range, Yale (8-4) fell by 20 at #10 Florida. Missing two shots to tie in the final 12 seconds, Cornell (4-8) stayed winless on the road after a 63-60 defeat at Bucknell. Harvard (12-1) came from 10 down at the break to record a very nice 74-69 win over St. Joe's.
