Will Venable went 0-4 at the plate for San Diego last night in Cincinnati, lowering his batting average to .209.
Chris Young played catch yesterday without soreness, but his recovery from a shoulder inflammation is taking longer than planned.
ESPNChicago.com has a feature up on Oregon State coach Craig Robinson.
Robinson may be on the verge of signing a prized recruit, according to wildaboutazcats.com.
Some of the Princeton coaching staff was out recruiting at the Hoop City Classic in Kansas.
