Georgetown received a #2 seed in the South Region and will play in Philadelphia on Friday.
In the interest of transparency, the NCAA released their full seed list for this year's bracket. Interesting to see the s-curve is no longer in use and also to learn what teams were bumped up/down one line to make the matchups work.
Three other "Carril Cradle" teams will participate in the postseason as Denver got a very favorable seed and a NIT home game against Ohio, Richmond plays at Bryant in the CBI's first round and Fairfield visits Kent State for the CIT.
